What is the Female Leadership Society?
The Female Leadership Society (FLS) is a Swiss-based non-profit association dedicated to empowering the next generation of women leaders holding an MBA or EMBA through intergenerational mentorship and our three pillars: community, education, and well-being.
Who can join the Female Leadership Society as a member?
FLS membership is designed for MBA and EMBA students or graduates, PhDs whose research focuses on leadership and our three pillars, and LLMs, ideally with experience in Swiss labour law, litigation, negotiations, tax, or international expansion, (including men).
Why is an MBA a requirement?
An MBA is a highly demanding program that brings together early- and mid-career professionals aspiring to leadership roles. MBA profiles also contribute diverse backgrounds and a rich skill set that closely reflect real corporate stakeholders, business cases, and capabilities. The advantage of benefiting from an intercommunity background is expanding your network beyond the one you originally invested in. PhDs and LLMs can join to support MBAs in reaching their career goals, (including men).

What activities does FLS organize?
FLS organizes online and in-person events across our three pillars. The goal is to build a long-term community that supports the next generation of women leaders throughout their careers. Please learn more on our Events page. We also welcome external guests to selected curated events.
What are the key pillars of the organization?
Our holistic FLS proposal is built around three main pillars: education, developing the necessary skills and leadership capabilities; community, building a collaborative and interuniversity tribe; and well-being, balancing performance with a sustainable growth commitment.
Why is a female leadership network important?
